Apophyllite is a mineral belonging to the phyllosilicate group. Notable occurrences include India, Brazil, Mexico, Germany, and the United States.

Apophyllite is believed to have a calming effect, and to effectively reduce stress, releasing mental blockages and negative thought patterns.
