SHIPPING - CANADA

Free Tracked Shipping on Orders Over $75. 

We offer free tracked shipping within Canada for any purchase of $75.00 CAD or more (merchandise subtotal). Shipping surcharges on certain over-sized or heavy items may apply. These charges are indicated on the appropriate product information pages and will be displayed in the shipping subtotal of your order.

For purchases of less than $75.00 CAD, a calculated shipping rate from multiple carrier options will be offered.

*Shipping guarantee does not apply to P.O. boxes or remote location  

SHIPPING - UNITED STATES

Calculated shipping will be applied to all purchases, multiples options may be available to you based on your location and services.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees charged by their country. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order so you know what to expect. Orders refused because of unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refunds.

The current US Administration introduced import taxes on all shipments entering the United States beginning August 29, 2025, including orders that were previously exempt under the $800 USD de minimis threshold.

We will do our best to accurately estimate and collect these additional U.S. import taxes during checkout. However, please note that should the amount we collect be lower than the final assessment by US Border Services, you will be responsible for paying the additional fees upon delivery or directly to the shipping carrier.

All import duties, taxes, and customs-related charges remain the responsibility of the customer. We encourage all buyers to review potential import costs before ordering to avoid unexpected charges.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

Calculated shipping will be applied to all purchases, multiples options may be available to you based on your location and services.

We do not ship to Germany due to local restrictions

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item prices or shipping charge unless marked otherwise.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, please check with your Country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering. We do not mark merchandise below value or as gifts.

There is no guarantee on shipping times, the transit times provided are to be considered an estimate.  Customs delays are not the responsibility of the Seller.
