Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order, subject to the terms below.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being sent back. Returns received without an approved RMA number may be refused or delayed.

To request an RMA number, please contact us at Sales@Canagem.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be in their original condition

  • Items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit

  • Returned merchandise must include the approved RMA number

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable, including any shipping fees charged at checkout. If your order qualifies for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost incurred by Canagem from the refund amount.

For higher-value items, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, and refunds cannot be issued for items that are not received.

Non-returnable items:

  • Internationally shipped items, unless pre-authorized
  • Gift cards
  • Merchandise without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s), less any non-refundable shipping charges.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.
