❓ US Shipping Pause

Q: Why are you pausing shipments to the USA?
A: We are pausing shipments to the US due to the upcoming change in US customs regulations that will eliminate the De Minimis provision on August 29th. This rule previously allowed lower-value goods to enter without additional customs fees; however, with it's elimination, there is now a risk that customers may incur unexpectedly high customs charges, in some cases exceeding the value of the product itself.

Q: When will US shipping resume?
A: While we expect shipping of low value items will continue to be possible in the medium term, this policy shift is significant and likely to involve initial complications. Updates will be provided as soon as we are able to resume.

Q: Will my existing order still be shipped?
A: Yes—All orders placed prior to midnight on Sunday August 24th will be shipped on Monday, August 25th.

Q: How will I know when shipping is back?
A: Updates will be provided as soon as we are able to resume.

Q: Can I still browse and place orders if I’m in the USA?
A: Yes, but checkout will be disabled for US addresses during the pause. You can still save your favorites and be ready to order once shipping resumes.
