This is a superb looking fragment of a Canadian Peace River classified meteorite weighing 0.52 grams. This L6 classified meteorite was sighted in the early morning hours of March 31, 1963 as a brilliant fireball exploded over rural Alberta Canada near the Peace River. Several stones were recovered for a total mass of 45.76 Kg.  No shock stage or weathering grade was recorded for these pieces.

This material is rarely seen on the market and this is fresh and a nice specimen size that makes it a must have in any collection. Comes in a protective display box, a Canagem Collection plus a Andreas Gren specimen cards.
