This is a specimen of Natrolite crystals from Wasson’s Bluff, Nova Scotia.  The specimen is a solid mass of inter grown crystals.  It is in very good condition.  Make this a special specimen in your collection. 

Name: Pyrite Crystal Cluster

Origin: Mined at Polaris Mine, Nanisivik, Northwest Territories, Canada

A fantastic cubic and crystallized pyrite crystal cluster.   The top of the specimen is covered with many sharp brassy pyrite crystals with some white dolomite.  

The Polaris zinc mine was a former underground mine on Little Cornwallis Island in Nunavut, Northwest Territories. The Polaris zinc mine was located 1,120 km (700 mi) north of the Arctic Circle, and 96 km (60 mi) north of the community of Resolute. The Polaris mine closed in July 2002 following more than twenty years of zinc production.

This top specimen is in perfect condition. Would be a beautiful addition to any new or existing collection.

This spectacular rock specimen consists of alternating layers of light blue-green amazonite and light grey smoky quartz topped by a biotite mica (muscovite) crystal. This special material is found in proximity of pegmatite melts to the surrounding country rock and is the result of quick cooling of the melt.

The term graphic originates from the Greek word Graphos or the Latin word Graphus which means to write. It denotes the script-like appearance that resembles cuneiform or runic writings where the darker, glassy quartz appears as letters or characters written on a lighter or whitish feldspar groundmass. This top specimen has it all and is in great condition. Will mesmerize you for hours examining all angles of this fantastic specimen. Would be an amazing addition to any new or existing collection.

This is not a meteorite but a slice of rock, altered by the impact of a meteorite.  This specimen came from the ring of the impact and is the harder to find gold-copper-bronze colored impactite.

An impact so big it cracked the earth, and in fact there are still earthquakes because of that event today!  The many mineral rich deposits and strange rock formations in such close proximity has attracted attention for 100's of years, long before its impact origin was known. 

Note that this is not a meteorite but a slice of Earth rock, altered by a meteorite impact. A very, very large meteorite.  This came from the ring of the impact and is the harder to find gold-copper-bronze colored impactite described as a metal-rich breccia and sulfides composed chiefly of some amount of iridium, cobalt & selenium. This single celestial blue celestite crystal from Steetley Quarry, Dundas, Ontario, Canada is a well-formed crystal and has multiple termination points on one end. The specimen is in very good condition.

Celestine is an attractive mineral that forms in well-shaped crystals with a distinctive soft blue color. Crystals may be a solid color but may also have lighter and darker color zones of blue. While pure Celestine is colorless, various impurities give this mineral a wider range of colors, especially its celestial blue color. These crystals are always treasured.

Celestite is said to be a stone that brings balance and alignment. The deep peace it holds is believed to assist in conflict resolution and in maintaining a harmonious atmosphere in times of stress. Celestite is also said to impart gentle strength and enormous inner peace, calming and sharpening the mind, dispersing worries and promoting mental clarity and fluent communication.
