This is a fantastic crusted 4.5 grams NWA (Northwest Africa) 869 L3-6 classified meteorite Individual found by Nomads in the Sahara Desert. The dimensions of the specimen are 18x13x12 mm.

NWA 869 classified meteorites can still be interesting and this one is for sure perfectly shaped to catch your attention. It displays a superb crust on most of its surface.  Most samples are individual meteorites but some fragments (mostly >1 kg) also occur. In most cases the fusion crust has been polished or ablated by wind erosion. Many samples are more severely affected and show faces with deep wind erosion features. Fracture faces, formed by ground collision, show a typical gray-green color and sometimes visible brecciation (light and/or dark clasts).

This is a superb looking Shişr or Shi 010 meteorite weighing 76.1 grams. Its dimensions are  30x22x12 mm. This L5 classified meteorite was part of the 16 stones found in the Shişr Desert of Oman by Russian meteorite hunters in 2001 with a total mass of 17.6 Kg. The shock stage of 3 and weathering grade of 3 is recorded for these pieces.  This meteorite is likely paired with Shişr 008, an L5 that weighed 244 grams.

This piece shows a nice polished face and is a desirable size perfect to show in class or at a science show.  It has what appears to be a partial miscut, but is still a great example of the Shisr 010 meteorite. This specimen would be a beautiful addition to any new or existing collection.  Will come with a Canagem specimen card.

This is lot of small tumbled individual NWA unclassified meteorites from the Sahara Desert.  Because they have been tumbled, you can clearly see the metal within the specimens. The total weight of the lot is 26 grams.  The meteorites range in size from 16 to 25 mm.  This never classified North West Africa stone was found in the Sahara desert around 2000.

These small individual specimens are great as teaching tools in the home or classroom, or as gifts.   They can also be used for science projects and other types craft displays. Comes with a Canagem Collection specimen card.

Rutile from Diamantina, Minas Gerais, Brazil is a particularly good locality for collector-quality rutile. It is quite different in appearance from the familiar golden rutile needles included in quartz.

Diamantina rutile is commonly found as well-developed, elongated tetragonal crystals with very strong luster. The colour can range from reddish-brown to a very dark wine-red or blood-red, sometimes appearing almost black until the crystal is placed in strong transmitted light. This deep red colour is a characteristic noted specifically for rutile from the Diamantina area and has been associated with relatively higher iron content

This is a fine part slice specimen of the Northwest Africa (NWA) 2859 meteorite found in the Sahara Desert in 2004. This nice collectible H4 chondrite consists of a brecciated matrix with light and dark clasts and is characterized by abundant chondrules and metal flakes.  The total Mass is registered at 920 grams from a single stone.  The Shock stage is recorded at 2 and the Weathering grade is also a 2.  This is a nice piece weighing 10.6 grams with dimensions of 30x23x5 mm.

Green tourmaline from the Santa Rosa Mine in Minas Gerais, Brazil, is attractive collector material known for its rich green colour, lustrous crystal faces and well-defined, strongly striated crystals. The Santa Rosa Mine is a well-known Brazilian tourmaline locality and has produced a variety of tourmaline compositions and colours. This tourmaline specimen has not been treated in any way, it is 100% natural.

It is believed that Tourmaline can be used to repel negativity.  It is said to enhance one's physical wellbeing by providing an increase in physical vitality, emotional stability, and intellectual acuity.

This is a micro of the  Canyon Diablo classified meteorite. This Iron (IAB-MG) classified meteorite was found in Arizona in 1891. So far approximately 30 T of this material have been recovered.

The crater it formed is world famous and is known as Meteor Crater. It is an Arizona Meteorite and one that is a must have for any collection. The Canyon Diablo has been closed to hunting for many years so these pieces are becoming more difficult to acquire and this is a good time to get a fine specimen.

This is a great looking part slice of Northwest Africa 2849 L4 classified meteorite. It weighs 5.5 grams and measures 27x22x6 mm. This meteorite was found in the Sahara Desert in 2004 and the total recovered weight is recorded as a low 846 grams.  It has a Shock stage of 2 and a Weathering grade of 3.

This is a very good quality L4 classified meteorite part slice and is unusually consisting of a chocolate brown mottled matrix with large inclusions and chondrules. This meteorite is quite friable and porous.

This specimen will come protected in a protective case and include a Canagem Collection specimen card. Would be a beautiful addition to any new or existing collection.

This is a nice micro crystal of the Esquel Pallasite PMG stony iron classified meteorite.  This rare meteorite was found in Chubut Province (Patagonian Territory), Argentina in 1951 and the Total Known Weight is ~ 755 kg.  This is 1 of 79 approved meteorites classified as Pallasite, PMG.
