Chabazite is known for its distinctive crystal structure and its occurrence in a variety of geological environments. Its crystal structure consists of interconnected channels and cavities.  Chabazite is found in various locations around the world, including Italy, Iceland, Scotland, the Faroe Islands, the United States (especially in the Pacific Northwest), Canada, India, and Australia. Different localities may produce chabazite crystals with varying colors and characteristics.

This chabazite crystal is from Wasson’s Bluff, Nova Scotia, Canada.  Wasson's Bluff is recognized as producing great specimens with colors varying from pink to orange to red.  This zone has seen collection of specimens almost exhausted due to the ground erosion.  This particular specimen is a lovely orangey color and is in very good condition.  Make this a special specimen in your collection.
