This is a rare and fantastic 11 gram Libyan Desert Glass Tektite from Kuffra, Libya, with dimensions of 32x32x17 mm. Although not a meteorite, tektite is directly linked to their impacts; just consider its age of around 780,000 years old.

Tektite is interesting because of the persistent mystery that resisted clear explanations of there creation for generations of geologists.

This is a beautiful 21.8-gram Libyan Desert Glass with dimensions of 52x28x19 mm.  This impact glass was found in a strewn field in the Western Desert of Egypt.

Although its exact origin is still debated, the leading theory suggests it was formed by a high-energy event, such as a meteoric impact or airburst, that melted the desert sand directly where it lay, without being ejected into the atmosphere and re-entering. This results in different physical characteristics compared to tektites​. Libyan Desert Glass is found specifically in the Great Sand Sea of the Eastern Sahara, within a more localized area spanning parts of western Egypt and eastern Libya.

This incredible specimen of Epidote is dominated by numerous sharp green epidote crystals and clear quartz crystals. This specimen could easily pass for gem-quality, with its deep forest-green color which is often described as "pistachio", which is quite striking in a well colored specimens.

The belemnites are a monophyletic group of superorder status, called the Belemnoidea. There are four orders . The belemnites evolved from nautiloids, which are the basal group of cephalopods. Well-formed belemnite guards can be found in rocks dating from the Mississippian (or Lower Carboniferous).

The belemnites on offer are of Cylindroteuthis and Pachyteuthis genus.  They date from the Callovian era.  In the geologic timescale, the Callovian is an age and stage in the Middle Jurassic and It is the last stage of the Middle Jurassic, following the Bathonian and preceding the Oxfordian.  They were found in Mikhailov, Ryazan region. Russia.

Cylindroteuthis is a common find from several Jurassic formations.  The most commonly preserved part of the animal is its guard, or rostrum, which was composed of calcite. The guard housed a phragmacone, which allowed Cylindroteuthis to maintain buoyancy in water. Some better-preserved specimens have features similar to modern squid, such as ten arm-like appendages and an ink sac, intact.

Pachyteuthis is a genus of belemnite that lived from the Early Jurassic to the Early Cretaceous and has been found in Asia, Europe and North America. The type species is P. densus.

This is a stunning Canyon Diablo classified meteorite specimen weighing 10.69 grams. Its dimensions are 25x16x6 mm. This Iron (IAB-MG) classified meteorite was found in Arizona in 1891. So far approximately 30 T of this material have been recovered.

The crater it formed is world famous and is known as Meteor Crater. It is an Arizona Meteorite and one that is a must have for any collection. The Canyon Diablo has been closed to hunting for many years so these pieces are becoming more difficult to acquire and this is a good time to get a fine specimen.
