This is a set of five chalcopyrite crystals displaying varying cubic formations.  Chalcopyrite is a brassy yellow copper iron sulfide mineral and the primary ore of copper worldwide. It has a metallic luster and often develops an iridescent tarnish in shades of purple, blue, and green. Chalcopyrite often forms alongside minerals like quartz, pyrite, and sphalerite.

Some believe chalcopyrite is a stone of abundance and transformation, helping to clear energy blockages and inspire creativity. Its vibrant tarnish colors are thought to symbolize change and new opportunities.

This is a crystal combining Dolomite and Chalcopyrite.  The lovely, light pink blades of dolomite are will defined on this specimen and are covered in tiny chalcopyrite crystals.

Dolomite from the Joplin Mine in Joplin, Missouri, is well-known for its saddle-shaped crystal formations and association with other minerals like galena, sphalerite, marcasite and less frequently Chalcopyrite. The dolomite from this area typically forms in shades of white, beige, yellow, or pink, often with a pearly to slightly curved crystal habit.

Dolomite is often associated with stability, patience, and emotional balance. Some believe it encourages a sense of calm and centeredness.

This is a superb Nantan meteorite individual specimen, directly from Guangxi, China. Its dimensions are 56x42x15 mm and it weighs 29.8 grams.

The Nantan meteorites are a must for all collectors, more so that it is now very difficult to find worthy specimen. They are a very interesting IAB-MG iron discovered in 1958 and there is an estimated 9.5 T of this material. This is 1 of 88 approved meteorites classified as Iron, IAB-MG.

This is a must have 155.6 gram Impact Melt Rock from the Dellen Crater, north of Stokholm, Sweden. Although not a meteorite, impactites are directly linked to them and their impacts and are probably going to be one of the rarest collection items you'll ever own. Impactite is a slag-like glassy object found on the surface of the earth, formed from rock melted by the impact of a meteorite.

The term impactite encompasses shock-metamorphosed target rocks, melts or suevites and mixtures of the two, as well as sedimentary rocks with significant impact-derived components and shocked mineral grains, tektites, anomalous geochemical signatures, etc.

This impactite was formed approx. 89 million years ago when a meteorite crashed into the earth making a round crater which is now a lake about 11 miles wide. The term tagamite was introduced in 1975 to describe impact rock from the Popigai crater in Russia. Varieties of tagamites are described based on crystallinity, texture and clast content.   HT Tagamite differs from other material due to the complete melting of the crystalline matrix and then being subjected to rapid cooling. 

This gorgeous slice displays very well.  It is amazingly light considering its mass of 83x51x27 mm.  Would be a beautiful addition to any new or existing collection. Comes with a Canagem Collection specimen card.

This is a rare and great looking Richland meteorite part slice weighing 6.2 grams. Its dimensions are 18x11x6 mm. This IIAB classified Iron meteorite was first found near Fredericksburg., Texas USA in 2000.  Total weight of this find is set at 50.6 Kg.

A 47 kg iron meteorite was reportedly found near Fredericksburg, Texas. Chemical analysis showed that it is indistinguishable from Richland, a 13.6 kg IIAB iron that was found ~300 km away. It is likely that these meteorites are paired and that one (or both) masses were transported by humans from their original find locations. Henceforth, the name Fredericksburg shall be an unofficial synonym for Richland. The new mass may be referred to as "Richland (Fredericksburg)." A total of 213 g is on deposit at UCLA.

This is a great 43.6 gram Impact Melt Breccia from the Gardnos Crater in Norway.  It is amazingly light considering its mass of 54x43x9mm. Although not a meteorite, impactites are directly linked to them and their impacts and are probably going to be one of the rarest collection item you'll ever own. Impactite is a slag-like glassy object found on the surface of the earth, formed from rock melted by the impact of a meteorite.

The term impactite encompasses shock-metamorphosed target rocks, melts or suevites and mixtures of the two, as well as sedimentary rocks with significant impact-derived components and shocked mineral grains, tektites, anomalous geochemical signatures, etc.

This impactite was formed between 385 and 900 million years ago in Precambrian time when a meteorite crashed into the earth making a ~5 kilometers wide crater locally known as the Hallingdal Impact Crater.

This is a fabulous specimen of bladed kyanite and quartz mined in Barra do Salinas district, Barra do Salinas, Coronel Murta, Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Kyanite is known to be one of the most attractive natural minerals in the world, frequently found with lustrous blue bladed crystals, with the intensity of color varying by location of extraction. Kyanite regularly forms fibrous, radiating crystals, as well as flattened and tabular. Some crystals form with white striations, color bands, and even multi-colored crystals, though typically found with a deep blue streak running down the middle.

Blue kyanite is often associated with clarity, communication, and energy alignment. Some believe it helps with self-expression and speaking one’s truth, making it a popular stone for those who want to improve communication or deepen their intuition.

Tsavorite is a variety of the garnet family, specifically a green grossular garnet. Its color ranges from a vivid green to an intense greenish-blue.  Tsavorite was first discovered in the 1960s in Tanzania and was later found in Kenya.  Due to its scarcity, it is considered one of the rarest and most valuable garnets.

Tsavorite is relatively durable with a hardness of 7 to 7.5 on the Mohs scale. This makes it suitable for various types of jewelry, though care should be taken to avoid exposure to extreme heat or harsh chemicals.

Tsavorite is associated with prosperity, abundance, and vitality. Some consider it a stone of growth and regeneration, both in the physical and spiritual sense.

This is a lustrous diopside crystal with many emerald-green chrome-bearing grossular crystals.  It was found in Orford Nickel mine, St-Denis-de-Brompton, Le Val-Saint-François RCM, Estrie, Québec, Canada, which is famous for excellent specimens of diopside, green grossular (chrome-bearing), orange grossular and millerite.

This is a very showy specimen that will display very well within your collection.

This is a beautiful self standing cluster of marcasite crystals from the N’Chwaning II Mine, Kuruman, South Africa.  The front of the specimen is covered with many sharp semi-iridescent marcasite crystals. There are also some small calcite crystals, which are fluorescent under UV light.. The specimen is in excellent condition.

This is a nice looking individual fragment of a Sahara Desert NWA unclassified meteorite. It weighs 142.7 grams and measures 73x56x32 mm. This never classified Northwest Africa stone was found in the Sahara desert around 2000.

It's a good quality NWA meteorite individual fragment. Some weathering shows the meteorite's time spent aging in the desert. Would be a beautiful addition to any new or existing collection. Comes with a Canagem Collection specimen card.

This is a lovely quartz specimen from the Gold Hill Mine, Tooele Co., Utah.  It is covered with many yellowish green quartz spheres that sparkle as if coated with druzy quartz.  It is a very unusual specimen. It's in very good condition and would be a beautiful addition to any crystal collection.

Quartz is considered a “master healer.” It's believed to amplify energy by absorbing, storing, releasing, and regulating it. It's thought to aid concentration and memory. Quartz is also said to be a power gemstone that harmonizes and balances; enhancing energy and thoughts as well as purifying the spiritual, mental and physical.
