Stilbite is a zeolite mineral appreciated for its delicate crystal formations and pastel hues, ranging from colorless to white, yellow, pink, and peach. It forms distinctive tabular crystals with a bowtie or butterfly shape and exhibits a vitreous to pearly luster. Commonly found in cavities in volcanic rocks, stilbite is often associated with other zeolite minerals. It is valued for its aesthetic appeal and is believed by some to have calming energy, supporting spiritual growth and emotional healing.

Unit price perThis amazing specimen of Vesuvianite was collected in the 1960's by A. Stevenson in Harcourt, Ontario, Canada. The specimen is a beautiful rich gemmy green vesuvianite crystal, and is fully terminated. This rare and premium specimen is in excellent condition. A fantastic addition to any collection!
Vesuvianite was first discovered on Mount Vesuvius in Italy in the 18th century, hence its name. It typically occurs as a green, brown, yellow, or blue-green crystal, and is often found in metamorphic and igneous rocks. The alternate name, Idocrase, is from the Greek eidos “form”, and krasis “mixture”, because Vesuvianite often appears to combine the crystal forms of other minerals. It has also been used as a gemstone.

Unit price perAdamite Crystals on Matrix | 17 grams | Mina Ojuela, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico
$72.00 CAD
Unit price perThis is a cluster of Adamite crystals on Limonite matrix mined in Mina Ojuela, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico. Adamite typically occur as small, brightly colored, prismatic or blocky crystals, or as crusts or aggregates. It is commonly found in association with other minerals such as limonite, calcite, and smithsonite. Adamite colors include green, yellow, white, and reddish-brown. The green color of adamite is caused by the presence of traces of copper in its crystal structure. One of the unique features of adamite is its strong fluorescence under ultraviolet (UV) light. It can exhibit vibrant green or yellow fluorescence.
Adamite was first discovered in 1866 in the Ojuela Mine in Durango, Mexico. It was named after French mineralogist Gilbert-Joseph Adam (1795-1881), who studied the mineralogy of the mine.
Adamite is associated with joy, creativity, and the balancing of energies. Some believe it can enhance one's ability to express themselves and promote a positive outlook. It is highly valued by collectors for its bright colors and distinctive crystal habits and would be a great addition to any new or existing collection.

Henbury Impactite | Vesicular Impact Glass | 9.87 Gr | Awesome Rare | Henbury N.T. Australia

Unit price perHenbury Impactite | Vesicular Impact Glass | 9.87 Gr | Awesome Rare | Henbury N.T. Australia
$38.00 CAD
Unit price perThis is an outstanding Impact Melt Glass specimen or bomb weighing 9.87 grams. Its dimensions are 33x28x25 mm. Although not a meteorite, impactites are directly linked to them and their impacts.
This Henbury glass, or more specifically vesicular impactite, was found in the Northern Territory of Australia. Thirteen craters were found 8 miles southwest of the town of Henbury, the largest of which was 720 x 360 feet. Henbury impactite was formed by a meteorite impact that occurred around 4,700 years ago. The meteorite is believed to have exploded upon entering the Earth's atmosphere, creating multiple craters which produced the impact glass.
Impactite is a slag-like glassy object found on the surface of the earth, formed from rock melted by the impact of a meteorite. The term encompasses shock-metamorphosed target rocks, melts or suevites and mixtures of the two, as well as sedimentary rocks with significant impact-derived components and shocked mineral grains, tektites, anomalous geochemical signatures, etc.
This piece displays extremely well. It is amazingly light considering its mass. It has a unique hollow sound when you tap it. This Australian find is very well shaped and preserved. These pieces are becoming more difficult to acquire so this is a good time to get a fine specimen. Would be a beautiful addition to any new or existing collection. Will come with a Canagem specimen card.

The province of Quebec, particularly areas like the Mont Saint-Hilaire region, is known for producing fine mineral specimens, including albite. In pegmatites, albite often grows alongside minerals like quartz, mica, tourmaline, and spodumene. It forms in environments with slow cooling, allowing for large and well-defined crystals.
Albite is thought to help with decision-making, problem-solving, and overcoming fears of the unknown. Many believe it promotes calmness and adaptability, helping one embrace change with confidence.
Would be a beautiful addition to any new or existing collection.
