The appearance of Tourmalinated Quartz is characterized by clear or milky quartz with dark, thread-like, or needle-shaped inclusions of black tourmaline running through the stone. These inclusions can vary in density, giving each piece a distinct and unique appearance.

Tourmalinated Quartz is a crystal that combines the properties of Clear Quartz and Black Tourmaline. It is believed to offer strong protection by shielding against negative energies and enhancing the grounding and balancing effects of Black Tourmaline. The crystal is thought to amplify intentions and promote emotional healing. It may also support spiritual connection, chakra alignment, and provide emotional support during challenging times.

This is a great 34.2 gram Red Suevite Fallback Breccia from the Sääksjärvi crater in Finland. It has dimensions of 76x39x6 mm.  Although not a meteorite, impactites are directly linked to them and their impacts and are probably going to be one of the rarest collection item you'll ever own. Impactite is a slag-like glassy object found on the surface of the earth, formed from rock melted by the impact of a meteorite.

The term impactite encompasses shock-metamorphosed target rocks, melts or suevites and mixtures of the two, as well as sedimentary rocks with significant impact-derived components and shocked mineral grains, tektites, anomalous geochemical signatures, etc.

Sääksjärvi is a lake in Kokemäki, Satakunta, western Finland, east of the town of Pori. The lake is notable because it overlies an impact crater.  The crater is 5 kilometres (3 mi) in diameter and is completely buried under the lake and is not visible at the surface. The age of the impact structure is estimated to be about 543 ± 12 Ma (million years ago), at the boundary between the Ediacaran and Cambrian periods. The enormous heat and pressure at the impact explosion created an interesting melt, a Suevite, and shattered rocks and dust which fell back into the crater area becoming cemented together over the centuries.  These rock formation is known as Fallback Breccia.

Pseudomorphs are mineral specimens that have the external shape of one mineral but are composed of another.  The pseudomorph goethite after marcasite forms when marcasite is exposed to oxidizing conditions and starts to oxidize and break down. As the marcasite breaks down, goethite replaces it in the crystal structure, preserving the shape of the original marcasite crystal. The resulting specimen appears as a marcasite crystal, but is actually composed of goethite.

The Farafra Oasis, in the White Desert, has been known for a number of years to deliver incredible pseudomorph specimens. The pseudomorphs occur within the Cretaceous Khoman Chalk, from which the White Desert derives its name.

This specimen is remarkable for its relatively sharp and bladed marcasite crystal form.  It is in excellent condition.

Titanium druzy gemstones are a dazzling and vibrant variety of druzy quartz that has been enhanced with a metallic coating of titanium.  Druzy refers to the natural formation of tiny crystals on the surface of a mineral, giving it a sparkling, sugar-like appearance. When they druzy quartz is coated with titanium, it creates a shimmering, multicolored effect with hues of blue, purple, gold, green, and sometimes pink.

Here is a beautiful Sodalite sphere from Brazil. Sodalite is usually found in the massive form, rather than crystals. Its name is derived from its sodium content. This stone is frequently found with lapis lazuli, but contains little or no golden pyrite specks in it as lapis does. It may, however, contain patches or streaks of white calcite. Although some people think that sodalite resembles lapis in some ways, it is entirely different in chemical composition and has more of a navy blue coloring.
