This Diopside specimen, collected in 2002, is from the Jeffrey Mine in Asbestos (now Val-des-Sources), Québec, which is a classic Canadian mineral locality. The crystals are typically green to pale green, colorless or grayish-green, and can be quite transparent and glassy. They commonly occur as slender prismatic or very flat, blade-like crystals, sometimes with strong vertical striations. Some of the Jeffrey Mine diopside is particularly attractive because the crystals are transparent and sharply formed.
Diopside is especially interesting at Jeffrey Mine because it occurs with other well-known minerals from the locality, particularly grossular garnet, vesuvianite, prehnite and wollastonite. Diopside specimens from the mine are now increasingly difficult to obtain, since the Jeffrey Quarry is closed.

This is a great 145.8 gram Red Suevite Fallback Breccia from the Sääksjärvi crater in Finland. It has dimensions of 79x38x45 mm. Although not a meteorite, impactites are directly linked to them and their impacts and are probably going to be one of the rarest collection item you'll ever own. Impactite is a slag-like glassy object found on the surface of the earth, formed from rock melted by the impact of a meteorite.
The term impactite encompasses shock-metamorphosed target rocks, melts or suevites and mixtures of the two, as well as sedimentary rocks with significant impact-derived components and shocked mineral grains, tektites, anomalous geochemical signatures, etc.
Sääksjärvi is a lake in Kokemäki, Satakunta, western Finland, east of the town of Pori. The lake is notable because it overlies an impact crater. The crater is 5 kilometres (3 mi) in diameter and is completely buried under the lake and is not visible at the surface. The age of the impact structure is estimated to be about 543 ± 12 Ma (million years ago), at the boundary between the Ediacaran and Cambrian periods. The enormous heat and pressure at the impact explosion created an interesting melt, a Suevite, and shattered rocks and dust which fell back into the crater area becoming cemented together over the centuries. These rock formation is known as Fallback Breccia.
These are some of the best looking breccias we've found. Would be a beautiful addition to any new or existing collection. Comes with a Canagem Collection specimen card.
This is a set of five chalcopyrite crystals displaying varying cubic formations. Chalcopyrite is a brassy yellow copper iron sulfide mineral and the primary ore of copper worldwide. It has a metallic luster and often develops an iridescent tarnish in shades of purple, blue, and green. Chalcopyrite often forms alongside minerals like quartz, pyrite, and sphalerite.
Some believe chalcopyrite is a stone of abundance and transformation, helping to clear energy blockages and inspire creativity. Its vibrant tarnish colors are thought to symbolize change and new opportunities.
These top specimens are in very good condition and would be a beautiful addition to any new or existing collection.

This is a natural "Ball Peen" Mica specimen from Branchville, Connecticut. Instead of forming flat, book-like sheets as muscovite usually does, mica specimens from the Branchville Mica Mine develop a rounded, bulbous termination resembling the rounded end of a ball-peen hammer, from which its name is derived.
The Branchville Mica Mine, which has been inactive since 1944 and is mostly flooded, is one of the most historically important mineral localities in the United States. Opened in the 1870s as a mica mine, it quickly became internationally recognized for its scientific significance after Yale University mineralogists discovered an exceptional variety of rare minerals within its pegmatite. The quarry served as the type locality for several newly identified mineral species and played a key role in advancing the study of pegmatites and mineral formation. It is especially famous for producing the distinctive "ball-peen" muscovite crystals, along with fine specimens of beryl, spodumene, and other rare minerals.
This classic specimen from Connecticut will come protected in a Perky Box. The box will show its age but is just another way to show how old the specimen is. The original label when the specimen was catalogued is also a nice touch.

This is a superb looking Spade meteorite part slice weighing 2.7 grams and measuring 19x15x3 mm. This H6 chondrite classified meteorite was found in 2000 and has a total weight of 8.86 Kg.
This single mass of 8.86 kg was found in a grass field by Mr. J. Talbert while farming. The classification and mineralogy performed by R. Jones, UNM and A. Rubin, UCLA, determined it to be an annealed impact melt rock. It has a shock stage of S2 and a moderate weathering grade of W2.
Would be a beautiful addition to any new or existing collection. Will come with a Hupé Collection and a Canagem Collection specimen card.
This is a fabulous 21.8 gram Sericho Pallasite Main Group meteorite, it measures 36x27x20 mm. In 2016, two brothers were searching for their camels and came across several large, dense stones west of the village of Habaswein and south of Sericho, Kenya. Though recognized as meteorites in 2016, the masses had been known to camel-herders for decades. One village elder said that as a child, he and his brothers would play on top of the stones. It is classified as an Iron Pallasite main group with low weathering and is 1 of only 68 approved meteorites classified as such, with a recovered weight of about 2.8 T.
This piece displays extremely well and is a nice size showing great features. Would be a beautiful addition to any new or existing collection. Comes with a Canagem Collection specimen card.

Apophyllite is a mineral belonging to the phyllosilicate group. It is known for its distinctive crystal formations, often occurring in clusters with a unique beauty. Its crystals are usually colorless or white, allowing them to be transparent or translucent. Although, some specimens may exhibit a greenish, yellowish, or pinkish tint due to the presence of impurities.
Apophyllite is believed to promote self-awareness, truth, and emotional release while reducing stress, anxiety, and negative thought patterns..

This is a great looking complete slice of the Thuathe H4-5 classified meteorite. It weighs 2.658 grams and measures 24x16x2 mm.
A meteorite travelling east to west exploded over Lesotho producing an elliptical strewn field extending 7.4 by 1.9 km (bearing: ~276°) on the westernmost lobe of the Thuathe (or Berea) Plateau, ~12 km east of the capital city of Maseru.
The explosion was accompanied by an extraordinarily loud, 15 s long noise which was heard over a large (100 km radius) area of Lesotho; the fall was eye-witnessed by several people who reported sightings of dust trails of “sparkling objects” over Lesotho and the southern part of the Free State Province of South Africa. Many villagers of Ha Ralimo, Boqate Ha Majara, and Boqate Ha Sofonia reported falls of stones close to themselves and onto their homes. The estimated total mass of recovered material is ~30 kg, including 418 stones in the 2 g to 2.4 kg mass range for a total of 24.673 kg which were collected and catalogued by A. Ashworth and David P. Ambrose
Most freshly cut slices from several stones show a homogeneous beige to light-grey lithology speckled with abundant and heterogeneously distributed (20% to, in exceptional cases, >50 vol%) metal particles; some are crosscut by dark shock veinlets and show brecciated structure with light grey matrix surrounding lighter colored, well-rounded inclusions; chondrules distinctly recognizable.
Would be a beautiful addition to any new or existing collection. Comes in a protective case, and includes a Mark Bostick Collection and a Canagem® Collection specimen card.
