This is natural rough tourmaline from Glastonbury, Connecticut.  The thumbnail specimen measures 6x3mm and has a weight of 10.4 grams. This green tourmaline crystal will come protected in a Perky Box.

It is believed that Tourmaline can be used to repel negativity.  It is said to enhance one's physical wellbeing by providing an increase in physical vitality, emotional stability, and intellectual acuity.

A pseudomorph occurs when one mineral replaces another but retains the original mineral's crystal structure. In the case of turquoise after apatite pseudomorph, turquoise  replaces apatite, but it still retains apatite's crystal shape.

This process leads to a visually fascinating specimen where the exterior shape looks like apatite crystals, but the composition and color are distinctly turquoise, often with the bright blue or green shades typical of turquoise.

Córdoba is one of Europe's most famous pyromorphite-producing regions, known for yielding green, yellow-green, olive-green and brownish-green crystals from its historic lead mining districts. This is a stunning thumbnail sized specimen of Quartz and Hydroxylherderite.  There are many fully terminated quartz point, some of them surrounding the Hydroxylherderite.  Some crystallized pyrite is visible on the bottom of the cluster.

It is comes in a variety of colours: Colourless, gray, brown, pale yellow, greenish white, light blue, and purple.  Notable occurrences of Hydroxylherderite include Brazil, Afghanistan, and the United States.

This specimen would be a beautiful addition to any new or existing collection.

This is an interesting and unusual Pyromorphite on Cerussite specimen from the Bunker Hill mine, famous for those crystal types. This Cerussite displays some nice small crystals with a section covered by Pyromorphite. A colorful and beautiful specimen. Would be a nice addition to any new or existing collection.

Color change garnet refers to a type of garnet gemstone that exhibits a distinct color change when viewed under different lighting conditions. This phenomenon is known as "alexandrite effect," named after the alexandrite gemstone, which is famous for its dramatic color shift.
