This is a stunning Henbury classified meteorite from the Michael Farmer Meteorites collection. It weighs 4.57 grams and measures 24x14x5mm. This Iron (IIIAB) Medium Octahedrite classified meteorite was found in the Northern Territory of Australia in 1931. So far approximately 2T of this material have been recovered. This piece displays extremely well. This Australian find is very well shaped and preserved. These pieces are becoming more difficult to acquire so this is a good time to get a fine specimen.
Henbury fell 8 miles southwest of the town of Henbury, Australia almost 10,000 years ago. RA Alderman investigated the site in May 1931 based upon Aborigine stories. He found 13 craters, the largest of which was 720 x 360 feet. Few meteorites were found in the largest three craters indicating an explosive impact. Some of the Henbury meteorites are shrapnel shaped indicating this explosive ending and some have smooth edges indicating abrasion by an atmospheric passage.

This is a nice looking individual fragment of a Sahara Desert NWA unclassified meteorite. It weighs 51 grams and measures 51x35x20 mm. This never classified Northwest Africa stone was found in the Sahara desert around 2000.

Here we have for you a superb looking Stony-iron or Mesosiderite Vaca Muerta (Dead Cow) classified meteorite weighing 2.46 grams. Its dimensions are 14x10x8 mm.
This classified meteorite was found in 1861 in the driest desert of the world called the Atacama, in Chile. Mesosiderites are formed on the surface of a parent body as a result of impacts with another body. The impact mixed broken fragments of surface eucrites with iron and olivine from deep within the body. Eucrites are believed to have come from the asteroid Vesta. Analysis has shown, however, that the Vaca Muerta eucrite inclusions are not consistent with other eucrites and possibly originated on a different parent body. Although most have a weathered exterior, they also have lots of metal inside and can be prepared and cut to show this.

This is a fabulous 20.6 gram Sericho Pallasite Main Group meteorite, it measures 33x27x18 mm. In 2016, two brothers were searching for their camels and came across several large, dense stones west of the village of Habaswein and south of Sericho, Kenya. Though recognized as meteorites in 2016, the masses had been known to camel-herders for decades. One village elder said that as a child, he and his brothers would play on top of the stones. It is classified as an Iron Pallasite main group with low weathering and is 1 of only 68 approved meteorites classified as such, with a recovered weight of about 2.8 T.

This is a fine part slice specimen of the Northwest Africa (NWA) 2860 meteorite found in the Sahara Desert in 2004. This nice collectible H4 chondrite consists of a brecciated matrix with light and dark clasts and is characterized by abundant chondrules and metal flakes. The total Mass is registered at 878 grams from a single stone. The Shock stage is recorded at 2 and the Weathering grade is 1. This is a nice piece weighing 4.0 grams with dimensions of 27x23x3 mm.

This is a great looking part slice of Northwest Africa 2863 L4 classified meteorite. It weighs 3.9 grams and measures 22x16x4 mm. This meteorite was found in the Sahara Desert in 2004 and the total recovered weight is recorded as a low 480 grams. It has a Shock stage of 2 and a Weathering grade of 3.
This is a very good quality L4 classified meteorite part slice and is unusually consisting of a chocolate brown mottled matrix with large inclusions and chondrules. This meteorite is quite friable and porous.

This is a great looking Tagounite 018 L4 classified meteorite part slice with some nice crust. It weighs 2.72 grams and measures 32x17x2 mm. This meteorite was found in the Sahara Desert in 1999 and has a total recovered weight recorded as a very low 12 kilograms. Shock stage and Weathering grade are not recorded. A very good cut, ground and polished slice. A great piece with big chondrules in a mottled brown matrix.
As reported by IMCA, these specimens are not in the meteorite bulletin as they are labeled. This means that the provisional name or the field name was not used as was assumed at the time of labeling. So the only information for the specimen is as provided by Mark Bostick.

A single stone weighing 18 kilograms was observed falling on June 27, 1924 at 3:30pm in Burkina Faso This Eucrite-mmict classified meteorite and is 1 of only 304 approved meteorites classified as such. This is a very difficult fall to acquire.
It is recognized as a monomict breccia, providing significant insight into the geological history of the asteroid 4 Vesta, from which it is believed to originate.

This meteorite came from the Elbert King meteorite collection. Labeled as "UNDOCUMENTED" and side noted, "#2". The stone was first recognized as a meteorite by KSU geologist Doug Brookins at the university in Manhattan, Kansas.
The meteorite was "discovered" on the desk of a university secretary where it was being used as a paper weight. A fitting job for any meteorite. The original find date is unknown. Elbert King acquired the aerolite from Brookins in a trade. It was unclassified and part of the King collection at the time of his death. A single stone, 301 grams, is all that is known of this find.
The Kansas Meteorite Society acquired it in 2004 and sent 26 grams to UCLA were it was classified by Alan Rubin in October of that year. The meteorite is a stone chondrite H4, W3, S1. Officially named the "Kansas State University" Meteorite in February 2005.

This is a superb looking Garabato meteorite full slice weighing 4.79 grams and measuring 34x33x2 mm. This fresh H5 chondrite classified meteorite with 50% fusion crust was found September 23, 1995. The total weight of the single stone is 160 Kg. The meteorite was found while plowing.
