This is a beautiful sample of the famous iron meteorite Campo del Cielo (Heaven’s Field in Spanish) that was found in Chaco Province, Argentina, in 1576 by Spanish explorers. This is an outstanding specimen with many nice large regmaglypts and scoops – great “thumb prints” complete individual solid iron classified as IAB Silicated.  

This meteorite is classified as an Iron polycrystalline coarse octahedrite (IAB).  This piece weighs 11.7 Kg (25.8 Lbs) and measures approximately 19x15x15 cm (7.5x6x6 inches).

This piece displays extremely well and is a very desirable size.  It is a great example of this iron type meteorite.  Comes with a Canagem Collection specimen card.  Would make a beautiful addition to any collection.

This is a beautiful self standing cluster of dark purple amethyst cactus quartz crystals. This deep color is no longer being produced from this locality, so don't miss out! None of the many tips are damaged.  Pictures show the crystal both indoors in natural light and outdoors in direct sunlight.

Cactus Quartz is also known as Spirit Quartz, Barnacle Quartz, Pineapple Quartz or Porcupine Quartz.   It is found only in South Africa and Its colors range from white, yellowish brown, lilac, purple, to grey brown.

Quartz is considered a “master healer.” It's said to amplify energy by absorbing, storing, releasing, and regulating it. It's also said to aid concentration and memory. Physically, clear crystals are claimed to help stimulate the immune system and balance out your entire body.

Because Fluorite comes in a wide range of colours, it is often said that it contains something of all other gemstones in it.  According to folklore, it is the home of rainbows.

These are individual Northwest Africa or NWA 4293 formerly known as NQ10.  An H6 chondrite found in the Sahara desert in 2005, it is one of 5854 approved meteorites classified as such. These meteorites are samples of 1 to 2 grams.  

This fascinating meteorite was mainly found as small individuals and the total weight of the 100's of pieces recovered is recorded as a low 25 kg. The meteorite has a shock stage of 4 and weathering grade of 2.  NWA 4293 is interesting in the way it looks as can be seen in the images.  Most pieces are free of caliche, have a smooth gray surface and are small complete individuals.  The unusual appearance is due to shock hardening and being sandblasted in the desert.

These micros are perfectly shaped to catch your attention and display a superb crust. You will receive one of the specimen in the picture.

The specimen comes with a Canagem specimen card.  Would make a beautiful addition to any new or existing collection.

Vanadinite crystals are small, hexagonal prismatic crystals that are typically red to brownish-red in color. They have a bright luster and a transparent to translucent appearance. The belemnites are a monophyletic group of superorder status, called the Belemnoidea. There are four orders . The belemnites evolved from nautiloids, which are the basal group of cephalopods. Well-formed belemnite guards can be found in rocks dating from the Mississippian (or Lower Carboniferous).

The belemnites on offer are of Cylindroteuthis and Pachyteuthis genus.  They date from the Callovian era.  In the geologic timescale, the Callovian is an age and stage in the Middle Jurassic and It is the last stage of the Middle Jurassic, following the Bathonian and preceding the Oxfordian.  They were found in Mikhailov, Ryazan region. Russia.

Cylindroteuthis is a common find from several Jurassic formations.  The most commonly preserved part of the animal is its guard, or rostrum, which was composed of calcite. The guard housed a phragmacone, which allowed Cylindroteuthis to maintain buoyancy in water. Some better-preserved specimens have features similar to modern squid, such as ten arm-like appendages and an ink sac, intact.

Pachyteuthis is a genus of belemnite that lived from the Early Jurassic to the Early Cretaceous and has been found in Asia, Europe and North America. The type species is P. densus.

Here we have for you a nice looking individual of a Sahara Desert NWA unclassified meteorite weighing 295.67 grams. Its dimensions are 91x47x60mm. This never classified North West Africa stone was found in the Sahara desert around 2000.

It's a good quality individual NWA meteorite specimen. Some weathering shows the meteorite's time spent aging in the desert. Would be a beautiful addition to any new or existing collection. Comes with a Canagem Collection specimen card.

This is a fantastic crusted 10.59 grams NWA (Northwest Africa) 869 L3-6 classified meteorite Individual found by Nomads in the Sahara Desert. The dimensions of the specimen are 22x15x13 mm.  This specimen comes from the Hupé Collection.

NWA 869 classified meteorites can still be interesting and this one is for sure perfectly shaped to catch your attention. It displays a superb crust on most of its surface.  Most samples are individual meteorites but some fragments (mostly >1 kg) also occur. In most cases the fusion crust has been polished or ablated by wind erosion. Many samples are more severely affected and show faces with deep wind erosion features. Fracture faces, formed by ground collision, show a typical gray-green color and sometimes visible brecciation (light and/or dark clasts).
