This is a fabulous individual 1.56 gram Imilac Pallasite stony iron classified meteorite. This superb meteorite was found in the Atacama Desert Chile in 1822 and has a total known weight of ~920 kg. Small fragments of Imilac often lack the olivine crystals which have weathered out leaving a skeleton of nickel iron metal.
This piece displays extremely well and is unique and desirable specimen showing great features. Would be a beautiful addition to any new or existing collection. Comes with a Canagem Collection and Meteor Passion specimen cards, housed in a small display box and includes a professional label.
