You will receive 1 of these beautiful raw crystal pendants which will come ready to wear.  You can choose an Amethyst Root, a Citrine Root or a Quartz point to put in your silver plated cage pendant. The Citrine Root and Quartz Point pendants are available in 2 cage sizes - 25x30 cm or 20x25 cm.  You can also choose either a 20" silver plated chain, or black cord that has an adjustable hanging length of 20 - 22".

Citrine is called a "success stone", it is believed to promote success, enhance mental clarity, self esteem and personal power.

Amethyst is known as the "sobriety stone", it is believed to be a powerful aid for establishing inner peace, relieving stress and fighting addictive behavior.

Quartz is said to be a power gemstone that harmonizes and balances; enhancing energy and thoughts as well as purifying the spiritual, mental and physical.

This top specimen is covered with huge pyrite interlocked cubes with quartz crystals and galena. This specimen is in very good condition. Would be a beautiful addition to any new or existing collection.

The belemnites are a monophyletic group of superorder status, called the Belemnoidea. There are four orders . The belemnites evolved from nautiloids, which are the basal group of cephalopods. Well-formed belemnite guards can be found in rocks dating from the Mississippian (or Lower Carboniferous).

The belemnites on offer are of Cylindroteuthis and Pachyteuthis genus.  They date from the Callovian era.  In the geologic timescale, the Callovian is an age and stage in the Middle Jurassic and It is the last stage of the Middle Jurassic, following the Bathonian and preceding the Oxfordian.  They were found in Mikhailov, Ryazan region. Russia.

Cylindroteuthis is a common find from several Jurassic formations.  The most commonly preserved part of the animal is its guard, or rostrum, which was composed of calcite. The guard housed a phragmacone, which allowed Cylindroteuthis to maintain buoyancy in water. Some better-preserved specimens have features similar to modern squid, such as ten arm-like appendages and an ink sac, intact.

Pachyteuthis is a genus of belemnite that lived from the Early Jurassic to the Early Cretaceous and has been found in Asia, Europe and North America. The type species is P. densus.

The principal member of the Aragonite Group, aragonite is the second most common polymorph of natural calcium carbonate (the most common is calcite). It is significantly less widespread and abundant than calcite and is formed under a much narrower range of physiochemical conditions. It is metastable relative to calcite and often converts to calcite accompanying changes in the environment. It is nearly always a low-temperature, near surface mineral.
